Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

Tracking may take several days to update while the package is traveling internationally. This is normal and does not mean your order is lost. The status will update once it reaches the next distribution center.


If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us at support@bibliobloom.com so we can look into the status of your order with the carrier.
